To face the (COVID-19) pandemic, we have put in place safety measures in our branches to contribute to the public well-being and mitigate the effects of the virus and have introduced relief measures for financially affected customers.
At challenging times like these, the safety of our customers comes first. This means complying with the recommendations of the Sultanate’s health authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our precautionary measures include:
