In the interest of its customers’ and employees’ safety, Bank of Beirut organized a health awareness day in its headquarters located at Al-Ghubra, which included a free medical checkup for the bank’s staff, clients and visitors of the branch.

The medical checkup was carried out in cooperation with doctors at Burjeel Hospital where blood pressure, blood sugar tests and nutrition advices were provided by specialized experts.

The campaign was attended by all Bank of Beirut’s staff and many customers and visitors of the main branch during the day. The attendees expressed their appreciation for Bank of Beirut initiative, which reflects its keenness and interest in the general health and its pioneering role in developing the society beyond the traditional banking services.

Mr. Ramy Zambarakji, the Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Beirut -Oman, affirmed that the Bank's management recognizes the importance of general health in providing a positive and effective work environment, since a physically healthy person will be more productive and happy doing his job.

Mr. Zambarakji added that these initiatives activate the role of Bank of Beirut in the local community and come as part of the social responsibility events organized by the Bank over the past 11 years of its presence and services in Oman.
